L'autunno è alle porte. Immagino le lunghe giornate al mare correndo sulla spiaggia, nuotando o semplicemente rilassandomi. Fuori il tempo è brutto, il cielo è grigio ma non dobbiamo demoralizzarci.

What about the beginning of autumn? I still would love to run in the beach, swimming all day and just relax. I'm looking outside and the weather is sad, the sky in grey but I still want to have fun.
